Isle of Lewis and Harris 2016
Lewis and Harris (Scottish Gaelic: Leòdhas agus na Hearadh) in the Outer Hebrides make up the largest island in Scotland. The island is the third largest in the British Isles, after Great Britain and Ireland.
That’s what Wikipedia says. I always wanted to go there, 2016was the year to do it……
Isle of Lewis and Harris 2016 trip
We planned this trip as a family holiday so there was not too much time which I could dedicate to photography. I took my gear anyway, hoping I will get a chance to use it. We stayed on Harris and we instantly fell in love with the island. Weather was challenging and we had all sorts. I didn’t count how many types of rain we had, but I’m sure we had pretty much all of them 🙂 Saying all that, we had nice weather as well.I have managed to pull my camera out of the bag and although I had no “light” I’ve managed to get few shots which I’m pleased with.
I shot on Ilford Delta 100 or Kodak TMax100 and processed film at home .
