Autumn is here! Padley Gorge is a fantastic place to go for autumnal colours.  I cannot wait to go back with my Hasselblad loaded with colour negative.

With autumn slowly coming in, season for us landscape photographers started. Over Owler Tor is a short 15 minute walk up the hill from Surprise view,you will pass the Mother Cap rock formation and end up at a rocky outcrop with stunning views all around you.  (more…)

Chrome Hill is my favourite place. It’s located¬†on the¬†Derbyshire¬†side of the upper¬†Dove¬†valley in Peak District National Park.

Together with Parkhouse Hill are distinctive and easy recognisable hills in the landscape.

Higger Tor is a dominant landmark of the Dark Peak, in the north of the Peak District National Park. It is a gritstone tor overlooking the Burbage Valley and the iron age hill fort of Carl Wark to the southeast.
